"That yellow stuff" aka canola!

We saw a lot of "that yellow stuff" along the way to Lightning Ridge.

At first it was sparsely growing beside the road and I wondered if it was a type of wildflower, until we started seeing whole bright paddocks of it!


I have researched a little since returning home (hence I can include the proper name!) and found this website interesting.
